Members under household

Postby toothnet » Tue Sep 10, 2019 11:50 am

When going into Leader & Clerk Resources---> Membership--->Member List--->(Choose a member from the list)--->View Member Profile--->Household.

Am I correct in thinking that those listed here under household are only those in the family who are members of the church? And if I want to see the entire family including non-members, they are listed under Family?

Thank you!

I don't have access to LCR, so I'm not 100% certain if you are looking at "Household" or what I call the "genealogical" section.

The Household will only be members and only those living with the Head of Household, and only those for which you have a membership record for. If a child dies or moves out, the record will be removed from the ward and they will disappear from the Household.

The "genealogical" section is different. You'll see living and dead, present and absent, member and non-member, to the extent that the information has been recorded.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

What russellhltn is describing is the information under the Family tab. It has information on spouse and children whether they are members or not.

One small addition to the criteria: their membership record is in the same unit (or they have an out of unit record in your unit) and have been grouped with the Head of Household.
For example my daughter is living with me but attending the YSA ward, since her records are in that ward she doesn't show on my household tab.
Sometimes adult children my be listed in their own household even if they are living with the Head of Household.
