Tithing Statements

Does anyone know the guideline for sending out year-end tithing statements? Is there an amout threshold i.e. $200, $600 etc??? My clerk says that everyone that prints has to go out? Seems odd to mail one to children who pay .10 or .20 for the year.

The instructions are simple: statements are to be distributed to all donors. No threshold or special circumstances are mentioned. So your clerk is correct.

Don't mail right away. Group the families together put them in an envelope and pass them out at church you will be able to get the majority out that way in a couple of weeks.
