ecclesiastical endorsement application

ecclesiastical endorsement application

My Stake Presidency cannot find endorsements that the member and the Bishop say they have both completed and submitted for the Stake Presidency to write up on their end. This has happened multiple times and now we have another sister's missing. The stake presidency wants me to report it and find out what can be done. Of course Stake Clerks have no access to this application so it is hard for me to even know what to do or who to send the stake presidency to.

Is this happening in other areas? do we know if there is a bug or has anyone come across this and know what I should tell them?
