I am a Bishop preparing a 25yo young man to submit his mission papers, and he is receiving his endowment this week. He just mentioned that a former bishop told him that if he received his endowment first he would have to wait 6 months between receiving his endowment and submitting his mission papers. I have never heard of that, and it does not make sense. Is that incorrect info?
