Any discussions around the Member Tools App on various mobile and electronic devices
I have an iPhone 11 Pro running the latest iOS 13.2.3. I haven't been able to sync for a few days. I've re-started my phone and uninstalled Member Tools and then installed the latest version. Unfortunately it still won't sync and now I've lost all of the data that I had. I get "Error Downloading" message. I'm the Stake Executive Secretary, so this is proving to be very inconvenient. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I tried just now on my Android. It indicated services are down.
I’m almost having the same issue. I haven’t lost any data, may be because I’ve not deleted the app in an effort to resolve this issue, but I’m getting the sync error on my iPad. I surmise that there is probably a server issue. I will see what tomorrow brings!
Writing from NH. Just upgraded to iphone xs and having the same issue. Hopefully its just an outage and nit an issue with my phone. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. My username and password are correct
My phone won’t Re-sync. I have tried rebooting my phone several times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the members app. Now of course I cannot open the app at all. It won’t work on my iPhone it won’t work on my iPad. I’m a relief Society president and I can hardly function without this app. Is there a solution to this?
