Sorry for not responding quicker I was trying to track down the issue. We released Fixes yesterday for a bigger release we will have down the road.
Anyway We have found the issue and it should be resolved shortly.

Also, the contact information for the person who created or edited the event is missing yesterday and today when I logged in. Sounds like it might be related. I hope so. We need those names.

FIXED: Calendar scheduling issues - 4/15
I just tested this, and it seems to be working now. I can schedule events that use locations, and the contact information appears on the event details.

Has there been any solution to the problem with scheduling resources in the buildings? I have been having problems for about two weeks. I have some problems creating an event and then no luck at all with trying to schedule rooms. Sometimes even gets the date the event ends up on is wrong.

What exactly happens when you try to schedule?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

We are experiencing the same issue. We cannot add any scheduling with a building resource added. We can only use the "no location" to be able to add events. Firefox, Safari, Explorer and Chrome all have the same problem. This has been happening since about the 15th of May to today, May 18th. Any ideas when this will be fixed?

I just added an event that included rooms in a building, and it worked fine. You seem to be assuming that this is the same problem that happened last month,and is a global problem that someone is working on, but I doubt that's the case (the problem last month was truly a global problem).cowvet wrote:We are experiencing the same issue. The problem is reserving a location along with the event. An event without a location "saves" but when you attempt to reserve a location, it does not save. The "beachball" just spins. Tried it with both FireFox & Chrome-same results.
Seeing that, and since it has been experienced by multiple people using different computers and settings, I naturally assumed this could be related to the previous issue.
That being said, any ideas? I have tried with all cookies restrictions removed, no good, no security restrictions, no go.
