Is there a way to create or is there a custom report on all potential callings. My bishop has started making up callings but I feel like there is a lot of callings that are not being used. So he wants a list of all potential "standard" callings.
Along with that, a previous clerk in my ward would just create custom callings, and now we are finding out that most of them have the "Standard" calling title already. So how do I delete custom callings?

You might want to read this article in the wiki. In particular, the Custom Position Review tool and Export list of standard positions.
