Study Notebook not working for Conference Talks, Lessons, etc

It stopped working for me on Friday. I used it on Thursday. I thought maybe it was just a glitch with me, but maybe the whole system is down.

Same problem. I've seen it in the past but never used in with lds.org, only on my mobile devices. I'm teaching seminary and one of the other teachers just called asking about it because they used this feature exclusively to prepare their lessons and they could not get it to work on a mac. I'm on WIN7, tried 3 browsers and the Notes toolbar does not show up on anything.

If the system went down Friday, it is possible no one will know until they return to work Monday. This has happened before in other areas. There are lots of servers, and sometimes one goes down that feeds information to another, so the main function is working but some of the backup features are not.

If in fact that is the problem, it will usually resolve itself sometime during the day on Monday.

Would it be possible to update the FAQ which says the problem is because of a problem with cookies or browser history? I read that, and have now lost all that login information because I thought it was necessary to erase all of my cookies and history. Thankfully I only erased all the cookies and history from my Chrome browser, but it would be easier if the FAQ had the correct info on it.
BTW, I love these scripture applications. Wonderful for my scripture study. Thanks so much.
