I am stuck on 'Create New Passcode'. It won't let me actually create a passcode and says it doesn't 'match up' with a previous passcode. I have never set a passcode on my iPad! How do I get back to my sign-in page and forget this passcode stuff!!!! Please advise! Thank you!

If you have a leadership calling you will need to create a 4 digit PIN to protect member information.
It sounds like your database might have been corrupted. The easiest thing might be to remove LDS Tools from your iPad, reboot it, and then reinstall LDS Tools.
