Users & Usage Report
Is there an easy way for an administrator to see all the ward members that have set up their user accounts and last date of activity? I am trying to pull a list together of the ward members that need help getting online. Any suggestions?

No, there's no way to see who has an account, or anything close to that. You'll have to ask them.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
