Patriarchal blessing

I misplaced my original copy between moves and want to request a new one. My bishop told me I could request one from lds.org but didn't give me instructions on how to do this. Help me please.

Hi! You can request your patriarchal blessing by going to the LDS.org homepage, then click on "My Account and Ward" (top right corner), then "Patriarchal Blessing." Here's a shortcut: https://pb.lds.org/pbrequest/?lang=eng
