In our ward, we're trying to address a lack of coordination between different organizations' efforts to reach out to members. We'd like to set up a system among members of the ward council for sharing notes from member visits, basically like an missionary area book for the ward leadership. Is there any system the church has that we could use to share notes among members of the ward council? We're thinking a simple visit record with notes would suffice (i.e., date of visit, family visited, who visited, and any notes from the visit). We realize that such a note system should respect the privacy concerns for individual information.
