Tax Summary Statement

The Official Tax Summary Statement contains the signature of a " Treasury Service Division Representative". Does my Bishop need to sign it also? Or is his signature no longer required?

I haven't seen a statement about it but if the bishop was supposed to sign it I think there would be a place designated for it. So my interpretation is that he does not have to sign it.

I talked with the Church Finance Dept. Tax Statements no longer need the Bishops signature.
