Web Cast Receive Site Details

Hi

After some advice. I did a receive test the other day for an upcoming conference. What I find confusing is units said they were connected and seeing the looped feed but the health monitor did not show them connected. Does this mean something went wrong or is it some kind of bug. See the attached screenshot.
