Incorrect Address
Although my ward and stake shows correctly on all my donations, my tax summary statement has my address incorrect (showing a very old address from three moves before). What could I do to receive a correct tax statement? Thank you.

The same problem has been noted here.
I'm not sure what to suggest other than having the clerk contact Church Headquarters to have it updated.
