Medical personell - when they need to be onhand

We have a Stake theatrical production coming up and expect to have 800 people in the building (a full size Stake Center). Is there a threshold at which you need to have medical personnel on-hand? We don't want to run afoul of any city ordinance rules (Redmond, WA).

We have more people than that in the building for Stake Conference and have a medical person on standby, but I don't know if that is a nicety or required.

I am unaware of any church requirement. There is likely no one here who can advise on local ordinances. The Facility manager should know the maximum occupancy requirements for your building (if it is not already posted). I reviewed the "Facilities Management Guidelines for Meetinghouses and other Church Property" on lds.org - nothing there with respect to your question.

That's most likely a city/county/state requirement. I would find the "maximum capacity" signs that may be somewhere in the building and make sure you don't exceed them.
