LDS tools and Leader and Clerk Resources not syncing properly

LDS tools and Leader and Clerk Resources not syncing properly

I recently joined the memberships of 2 people in the ward that got married. One of the spouses is divorced and until the new marriage had carried the former spouses name. When I look in Leader and Clerk resources at the family it shows them as having the correct name, however on LDS tools (even after I have ran a sync) it shows the household name as the former name even though it shows the individuals as having the correct name. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

A common stumbling block is there's an actual field called "Household name" that's linked to the household and not to the individuals. So, the names on the individual record can be correct, but the household can still be wrong. I'll bet that's the issue.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
