I would think it unlikely that anyone here at the Forum would know the answer to your question. That said, are you there? Perhaps a Lima Ward history or a Toledo Ohio Stake history would have the answer.

Another possibility is that a bishop or clerk in the Lima Ward with access to the Church Directory of Organizations and Leaders (CDOL) will be able to look up the historical information in CDOL which may go back that far. A stake leader or clerk should also have access to the information in CDOL.

This should work. I am the clerk of the Elm Creek ward and I can see the history which includes the name of every bishop since our ward was created in 1982 (and the years they served). I cannot see history for the Lima ward (other than the ward was created 1 Jan 1950) but your clerk or bishop should be able to answer your question using CDOL (if it goes back that far as indicated by lajackson).
