You must have your correct membership number linked to your account.
You must live in a country where online donations are set up.

Your local ward or branch clerk is your first step if you are having problems. He can assist you in making sure everything is correct and can get additional official assistance if needed.

To get to the donations page linked above, log on to www.churchofjesuschrist.org and then click on your name in the upper right corner. Under "My Ward" (center panel) click on "Donations"
