Yes, I understood that as well and it is a logical thing to check. I was just checking to see if it might be a problem only with the Beta - I haven't looked at my personal information on Member Tools since installing it.

logging in the app with my account I can't see any information about myself, but when I start the app with data from my father (who is the stake patriarch for our stake) I could see all the information about him at "members data" menu item. That menu item aren't available to me when I log with my own church account. I believe it's because I have a non-standard calling in my records (my bishop called me a "ward technology specialist"), so I think it's the problem making I can't see my data in member tools.

Perhaps, but it's possible the Membership Record Number on your account doesn't match your real MRN, so the software is confused about who you are.

I'd suggest going to https://settings.churchofjesuschrist.or ... nformation and see if your birth date is correct. If not, then you most likely have the wrong MRN.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Sorry russellhltn, but for sure all my data is ok and my true MRN are correctly recorded at my Church Account, but the problem still are here. I don't know why I can't see my information at the app.

All I can suggest is you use the feedback option in the app to report the problem.

I've been emailing back and forth with support about this problem, and they say that a fix for this issue should be released this week sometime.

I received this message from ServiceNowGSC (Global Service Center) today - I think it's the same you received, rysaw:
This is the second time we have seen this with the BETA version. There will be a patch release on Thursday or Friday to fix issues like this. Please sync again on Saturday. If the problem persists after that, please let me know and we will keep working on it. Thank you.

Interestingly, I installed an update to tools this morning, and now it doesn't show a tab for ministering info anymore.

There may have been a temporary server issue. Try syncing again, it is there now.

Yep, the ministering tab is back. Still no membership info tab.
