When atempting to log into tools on my iPad it tells me to sync. When try to sync I get message that system is busy. This has been occurring for several months. I have no problem logging on to tools on my smart phone. How do I fix this problem?

You have to be at iOS 11 or better.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
