Some who completed the training in the first few days the site went live did not have their training recorded in the system. The two options appear to be to retake the training, or to present the email showing successful completion to the clerk and have him contact the Global Service Center to get the training recorded.

If this was not the issue, your clerk should be able to see the completion report and, if the training was completed earlier and is no longer showing, it seems that contacting the GSC would be the most viable option there, as well, especially if the member still has the completion email.
