Access to directory denied

Why cant I access the ward directory even though I'm logged into my account?

Why can't I log into my lds tools on my Android phone?

The fact you're calling it "LDS" Tools and not "Member Tools" makes me wonder if you have the current version. Note that you have to be on at least Android 5 to run the current version.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

why can't I access my ward directory and organization? I used to be able to view both about one year ago???

I assume you're doing it on-line and not though the Member Tools app.

Check with your ward clerk. It's possible something has happened leaving you with a ward. Your login is showing as a member, so it's not that.
