Husband Wife Ministering Companionships

When creating husband wife companionships, would the RS assignment mirror the EQ assignment, or would each organization assign different ministering assignments for the couple to ministering too?

I would think that the elders quorum and Relief Society presidents would work together to assign families and sisters to whom the couple could best minister. The assignments would be similar but not necessarily identical. There may be some sisters assigned that the elders would not normally assign, for example. But I would not expect to see two entirely different sets of assignments.

The final decision, of course, would be up to the two presidents with the approval of the bishop.
