members on class roles but not on lds.tools

Has anyone had a problem with names, in this case in Primary, showing up on attendance roles but not in lds.tools.
Who do I contact to correct?

It's likely a privacy setting. In this case, set by the family for their children and/or household.

I have seen some cases where parents inadvertently set their privacy setting too restrictive and other cases where it was set exactly where they wanted it set. You might check with the parents and make sure the setting is per their wishes and not by accident.

There's been some rumblings that the settings become restrictive by accident. But I don't think that's ever been tracked down. But checking with the parents about the desired setting would be a good idea.
