iPad Mini 1 problems

I am not sure who can help me. Please direct me to the proper forum.
I have an iPad Mini 1 running IOS 9.3.5
Most things on the Church website work fine but the scriptures and Come Follow Me do not.
Comments welcome.

What problem are you seeing when you try to go to the scriptures? Does it show an error message, or a blank screen?
