I've seen a few post regarding the creation of a Ward organizational chart but nothing was definitive.
I'm currently the Executive Secretary and we have a large ward with lots of "moving parts". It would be great to have a Ward org chart when callings are discussed during Bishopric meeting. I haven't been able to find any policy deny such a chart.
Is anyone using Google Sheets or other electronic means?
TIA,
Michael

Re: Ward Org Chart
Keep in mind the General Handbook was just released. Any such chart would need to be checked against the new Handbook to see if it's still accurate.

Re: Ward Org Chart
The only tools I've seen are LCR and Member tools. Over the years I have seen everything from spreadsheets to cards on a board in the bishop's office. Anything done would have to be manually built and manually maintained as it is against policy to export membership data (including member names if you take the letter-of-the-law view) from church systems and store it in the cloud (google sheets). The church could code something, I suppose, but I'm guessing they feel this is best addressed at the local level per their individual needs and resources.
