Remote Temple Recommend Interviews

Remote Temple Recommend Interviews
The April 16 Commmunication mentions that interviews can be done remotely, including phone or video conferencing. Any suggestions on how to handle the physical recommend? Should we mail it to the stake, or mail it to the member?

Our leaders had the same question. That document was posted at the Church Newsroom, and is definitely official. But it never seems to have made it to the Official Communication Library, so most of our leaders never saw it.
