When I went to update a quote in another note later this morning, once I had the quote all entered I copied it off to a text document, just in case something happened, and then I reloaded the note from the server. The note was significantly truncated, and not just at the end of the note.
Here's the content of the note that I saved to a text file (and what should have been saved - the part that is bolded is what I added today, the rest of it was already in notes):

So it's not just the part that was added new, and not that something is being cut off for being too long. Very disconcerting as a user.
