Directory Access for full time Senior Missionaries

A senior missionary couple serving as full time missionaries and assigned to our stake are asking for access to membership and leader lists for all the wards in our YSA Stake?

They are not members of our Stake so they do not show up in our membership directory, so how do I give them access without having the Stake President issue a real calling that gives membership directory access? And there is no Missionary calling at the Stake Level anymore.

Is this even possible, or within church guidelines?
Is that something the mission can do?

If you add each of them as out of unit members they should be able to access the information any other member is able to access. That would include directory and leader information. I believe you can add them at the stake level and they do not need a calling. Otherwise, have a ward clerk add them and give them any standard calling.

I'd have them talk to the mission. Full-time missionaries have access without the wards having to do anything.

I appreciate the help. I followed the advice to have them talk to the Mission and they did, and they have the access they need.
The mission can give them access to local ward and stake directories.
