Selecting "Study Helps" changes Language & Region

My region and language are set to "Worldwide - English" but, if I select "Scriptures >> Study Helps" then the following occurs:
1. I am taken directly to the first page of "Guide to the Scriptures".
2. My Region and Language change to: Aolepan - Kajin Majol

When I get to that point I cannot change my region back to "Worldwide" without being sent back to the website start page.

However, if I select "Scriptures >> Bible" I am taken to the "Scriptures" directory page. From there I can select "Study Helps" and I'm deposited into the "Study Helps" directory page as expected.

It seems like a link may be broken but if I'm the only one who sees this then that conclusion seems to be a bit of a stretch.

Any ideas for keeping the region and language change from happening?

... I should have said that, when passing through the Bible to get to Study Helps my Region & Language do not change.

Guess it's time to learn Marshallese!

After navigating to Study Helps, try changing "?lang=mah" to "?lang=eng&clang=eng", at the end of the URL. That should switch the page to English, and hopefully it will make English the default again for next time.

It looks like the link in the menu to the Bible has "?lang=eng" at the end of the URL, but the other links don't have a language specified at all – so the website is redirecting to a default language after you click the link. I'm not sure why it would choose Marshallese as the default language.

How do I report this bug?
Is this common or am I the only one? I. e., does your account do this?

It doesn't happen for me, at least not currently, but it's been reported by different people on the forums here every so often. The best way to report a bug is using the feedback link at the bottom of ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

After going to the URL with "?lang=eng&clang=eng", does it still take you to Marshallese by default when you click the link?

Okay, when I got on the PC this morning I attempted to do this and test your fix.
However, all is working fine and I can even see the "lang=eng" at the end of the URL.
I did some experimenting with mah, jpn, and others and it changes just as you said.

I did have to restart my PC for an update today, that may have fixed the issue.
