Just discovered that Member Tools 4.0 is out of beta and now available for all Apple devices.... Is this true for Android also?

You could check the app store used for Android.

I'm on android version 4.0.4-(101387.5) but I think I'm on the beta feed and cannot tell if mine is beta or regular.

when i look at the version for the app in an incognito window the version matches that shown for the beta version for my logged in session

Android was out of beta several weeks before iOS.
