This is more of a complicated question that I haven't been able to find any answers to as of lately.
Missionary phones are controlled by an application called Mas360 and it often terminates specific functions in Android. I was wondering if Samsung Dex is an application that has not been blocked from use.

No idea, but I'd think the process would be set up as a "whitelist" rather than a "blacklist".
Under that theory, unless there's a reason they want it to run, it wouldn't.
