YW unable to join circle

When we tried to set up Circles for our YW, many of them were not able to join. Instead they got a message saying the number of people able to join is limited. So only 3 girls were able to get in. How do we get the rest of the girls able to join? Right now we have 3 leaders and 3 young women. Even our class president can't join the circle.

An administrator can check the list of members eligible to join the circle. There will be a list of members and administrators that have joined and a list of eligible members who have not joined.

Have any of those young women who tried to join on the list of "Not Joined" members?
Do those who have tried to join have a valid member Church Account (MRN registered in the account profile)? This can be verified if they can sign in to the online tools like the Ward Directory and Map and the Calendar.

I would look at this first. I thought circles allowed the appropriate members of the ward to join their circles automatically.

A limit of 3 non-members makes a lot more sense.

Same problem. I have a young woman who can’t join any circles. She can log in fine (and also log into LDS.org just fine). It is a concern because she feels left out. We are trying to push everything to circles and she can’t be involved. Hope we can get this resolved soon or we’ll have to go back to other apps that we can insure gets everyone involved (including parents, especially for our younger youth without a smartphone).

But can she log into the Directory or Calendar on churchofjesuschrist.org? She may not have her MRN attached to her account. You don't have to be a member to log into churchofjesuschrist.org, but you have to be a member to access things like the Directory or Calendar.

Being able to sign on to the Directory or Calendar, as russellhltn mentioned, will also verify that her membership record is in your ward. If she gets the wrong Directory or Calendar, have her get with the ward clerk to make sure everything is in order.
