Navigating new handbook

I am having a difficult time navigating in the new handbook. I can't select a particular chapter in the TOC and get a redirect like a normal hyper link - if I want to go to, let's say, the new chapter 8, Elders Quorum, I have to manually click the forward arrow on the right side of the screen all preceding pages before I get to Chapter 8. Am I doing something wrong, or is anyone else having issues with navigating the new handbook?

I've found it a bit odd. You can't click on any section that has a + or - to the right. All that does is open and collapse that section. So, you can't click on Chapter 8, or even the first 8.1, but the second 8.1 works. Even then, it can drop you off some distance from the target - right chapter, but wrong area.

Please disregard.....my grandson showed me what I was doing wrong. sigh
