On the website, I can put a url in and rename that link to call it what I would like. So, for instance, I can put a link to a chart from Book of Mormon central and, instead of having a big long link, I can name it "Meaning of Olive Tree Allegory". Or, I can use this as a way to put pictures in my notes via a link from my google photos for instance, but instead of a long link, I can name it what I would like.
However, I don't think this is currently available on the mobile apps. Any chance of getting that added?
Thanks!

If you're talking about hyperlinks in a note (as opposed to annotation links on a highlight), and if you're using the latest version of Gospel Library for iOS or Android (5.4.0 or newer), this should be possible. When you're editing a note, put your cursor where you want the link to end up. Then, scroll over on the formatting bar at the bottom of the editor, and tap the hyperlink button. You can paste in the URL, and type the text you'd like to appear.

I was able to create hyperlinks like you mentioned here @sbradshaw BUT the linked don’t work when I click on them. I thought maybe I could just go in and view the URL, but that isn’t an option once it has been entered. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.sbradshaw wrote:If you're talking about hyperlinks in a note (as opposed to annotation links on a highlight), and if you're using the latest version of Gospel Library for iOS or Android (5.4.0 or newer), this should be possible. Re: Putting in URL links in mobile app like the web app
Are you on Android or iOS Gospel Library? Were the hyperlinks created on the same devices as you're viewing them on? Are you still in the note editor when you try to click the links (links only become active in "view" mode, not "edit" mode of the note)? What happens when you tap it – does nothing happen, or does it go to a URL that doesn't work?dthomaswright wrote:I was able to create hyperlinks like you mentioned here @sbradshaw BUT the linked don’t work when I click on them. It's correct that a hyperlink created as described above can't currently be edited after it's created – you'd need to delete it and create a new one. That would be a good suggestion to send as feedback in Settings (I agree that being able to edit would be helpful).

Does the link go to ChurchofJesusChrist.org, or something external? There's currently an issue when linking to ChurchofJesusChrist.org from the app – hopefully it will be fixed soon.butlerrl wrote:When I click on it (on my ipad where I created the note) nothing happens...

I'm linking to ChurchofJesusChrist.org (it's a video in the media library but isn't in Gospel Library)sbradshaw wrote:Does the link go to ChurchofJesusChrist.org, or something external?
