Thanks for writing. here is the URL for the Box folder: [redacted]

Here's what you'll see in there:
There are 3 .txt files with web conference linking codes, one for each of our buildings. The Zoom meetings for QR and Stapleton are scheduled through the year (love the "repeat this meeting" option) and integrate into the HBE functionality. The church events (HBE and Stk Ctr) are scheduled two months at a time. I've submitted an RFE (request for enhancement) to the webcast group to add a repeating option to the scheduling process.
I think the sacrament graphic is there too.
There are three files with “wiring” in the title. Each file explains the network and wiring for a building. All this changes starting this week because we're getting the new managed switches on Tuesday. There is a copy of the building's documentation in each building by the equipment and the equipment itself is labelled as well as some of the wiring depending on the building and configuration. You'll see what I mean when you look at the docs.
The BIG file is the Config_webcasts document. It covers
everything!
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Send me a message and I'll give you my personal email / phone number and we can work together on it. This stuff is really pretty easy to do once you take a second to look at it.
BTW, here's the list of equipment we purchased for the QR / Stapleton buildings where we're using Zoom meetings. As I mentioned, at one building we have a podium feed directly into the laptop via a USB sound card. The other building we are using the USB microphone.
Web camera
Tripod
Microphone You want to make sure you get a directional mic.
USB extension cable We use this to put the camera more or less front and center in the chapel to get the podium/speaker. We run the extension to the laptop sitting on a table at the aisle.
USB Sound card
