Streaming sites not responding

The webcast site is not loading for us this morning. Anyone else?

We saw the same in three wards. They finally connected right at the specified meeting start time. It’s as if the pre-buffer state was not actually active. We suspect the time change, but if that was truly it then it would have been waiting for us an hour early rather than becoming active essentially an hour late.

Add-on to my other response

We ended up moving each of our scheduled broadcasts for the rest of today to start 30 minutes earlier and to last two hours instead of just one. That way hopefully we can work around the problem
