Zoom Webcast - Removing Zoom Watermark & other issues

Successfully streamed a Stake Christmas Fireside on 12/20/2020 after establishing a new shared church zoom account that was set up earlier that week. Streamed the Zoom Webinar to Youtube as well. Worked ok, with a few minor problems and lessons learned:
1) The ZOOM watermark shows up in the lower right corner of the image. Quick search says that removing the watermark depends on the type of the account. Haven't tried to follow that up.
2) I forgot to turn on recording via Zoom. I did retrieve the Youtube recorded stream for cleaning up and posting for watching post event.
3) I had three panelists live during the stream (Stake Presidency) who participated between the recorded video content. I should have told them to turn off their video as soon as we went to a recorded segment. Or at least hold still till the video started.
4) When sharing a video in zoom, the stream has a zoom thumbnail of one of the three Panelists live in the upper right corner. It doesn't show on my computer monitor that is playing the video. The panelists didn't know they were being broadcast. Nothing bad happened, but it could have been a blooper. It looks like there is a zoom setting to turn that off. Need to experiement.
5) I was the host, but left my video off and muted. I wish there was a way of hiding my video from the gallery. Most of the time I spotlighted the speaking panelist, which only showed them.
6) Need to figure out a better way to switch from live zoom panelists to recorded video. I had to click on share screen, double click on the video window to share, move my mouse into the video window (which can be seen by the attendees), click start, video starts playing but it takes a few moments for the video navigation to disappear. If I use OBS can I start the video before switching to it through OBS? haven't experimented enough.

I welcome any guidance or advice on how to do this better.

You should have anyone who is not speaking, turn off their video and mute. The host can do that, as well. Also remember to cancel spotlight when they are done.

Right click on your image or placeholder in the gallery and choose "Hide Self View".

We put our videos into a Google Slides presentation and share that on a secondary monitor, so our mouse never needs to appear on the screen. Using "Presenter View" we can control the slides from the primary screen.
We've been using a couple of stake Webinar licenses to run all our ward sacrament meetings for several months now, so have a pretty good process figured out. I'm working on documenting it, since wards will now have their their own license and can host their own meetings. I'll share it here in a few days.
