I am unclear on your request.
Do you want to know how to get aChurch-linked Zoom account, or how to configure zoom to enable co-host.

If this first option...
If you are a member of the stake presidency or stake technology specialist, you should have received an email pointing to a letter giving instructions on how to get a Church-linked Zoom account
See https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/let ... nline=true

If you are seeking for an account on behalf of your ward, contact your stake technology specialist and provide an email address that you want to tie to the ward Zoom acct. (Do not use an address already tied to a Zoom account!!)

If the second option...
The Zoom account must include the Webinar feature, to assign a co-host.
Create a meeting or preferably a webinar or EDIT an existing one.
At the bottom of that meeting or webinar, you can enter the email address of the co-host in the box titled "Alternative co-host" (you can Google this).
Note: I believe you must enter the email address that co-host uses to host their own Zoom meeting. The co-host can create an account easily on the Zoom website. If they don't have one, you will not be able to add that person as a credit-host. (I got a rejection message when I tried.)
Best regards,

I'm not sure what you're asking. There is only ONE account for each ward/stake.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

I have the same question. I would like the ability to add an email address (for example of the Teacher Quorum advisor) to the alternate host section of scheduling a meeting. When I try, it errors with the user isn't a member of your account. When I contact Zoom, they said the account administrator had to add the users to the account...the ward email address used isn't the admin, apparently that is someone at headquarters....

Apparently, that's not a option. At least not at this time.

You may want to look into sharing the Host Key with other users. See this post.

The account administrator for the Church-provided accounts is someone at Church HQ. Those of us provisioning accounts for our stake/ward don't have admin access. You can still designate alternative hosts, but they must be on the same account (meaning the Church's master account). We did that with our ward sacrament meetings so a stake person could host their meeting if the usual ward host wasn't available. For each or the recurring ward sacrament meetings, we added the email address for the stake Zoom account. Works great and we can see and manage all the ward sacrament meetings from our stake account.

HOW do we add alternative hosts to our unit account? I am a new STS and I keep getting an "Access restricted. (200)" error from Zoom. As pointed out elsewhere, these church unit accounts have only one user id/login option and they are all ranked as "member" in he account settings, not admin. A chat with Zoom support gave me this: "I'm afraid that the option is not showing as you only have a Member role on the account. When adding a user to the account, please note that you must have an owner or admin access. Please reach out to your account owner or admin for further assistance in adding a new user to your account."

I'm not sure how using a host key will help - they would have to log on before the account holder did. All alternate hosts have to be designated AFTER the host logs on or someone with the key assumes that role, then appoints the co-hosts. I want the co-hosts to come in ALREADY in their roles.

Log in to the Zoom website. Go to Settings. At the bottom, you can "Assign scheduling privilege" to another account. The other account can then view, start and host any of your meetings. However that account needs to be within the Church's enterprise account. That means you can assign scheduling privileges to another ward or stake, but not to another Zoom user outside the Church's enterprise account. All of our wards have assigned scheduling privileges' to our stake account. That lets the stake jump in to host any ward meeting, if needed.
I want the co-hosts to come in ALREADY in their roles.
There's no way to do that that I know of. Co-hosts need to be assigned by the host during the meeting. If multiple users log on with the account credentials, the first to join will be the host and the rest will be co-hosts, but I suspect that's not the approach you want to take.

Ummm... Yeah, we want to enable RSP, EQP, YWP and bishopric all to be able to host/co-host meetings/breakouts. While several have personal Zoom accounts, there doesn't seem to be a way to assign them ANY privileges.
