We have a member that is not getting the emails from the Stake level down when the messages are sent from LCR "Send a Message". They receive the main Church emails, but nothing from local leaders. Their email is available on all Church member lists such as on "ChurchofJesusChrist.org" and Member tools app. When in "Send a Message" this members name does not give the availability to send a message to. I had them look in their personal account on the main website under email subscriptions and it appears that all are check to receive.
Any idea why they are not available to receive messages through the system?

Thank you, I looked through those discussion posts, but it seems that my issue is different. This members email is not available in the LCR send a message, but it does show up in all of the membership apps. It does not even give the availability to send the person a message from LCR. It appears like we do not have their email, but I have confirmed it is in the system.

Have you verified that they have their email address populated in the "individual email" location? There are 2 places that can store an email address: Household and Individual. I just checked and the individual email was blank. I will give this a try and see if it works. Thanks for the help.
