Participants getting "Another meeting already in progress"

Webinar viewers are getting a message that the host already has another meeting in progress. I'm the host, and I don't have another meeting in progress that I know of.

The internet says a Zoom account Admin has a dashboard that can show all active meetings. Is there any way for us at the ward/stake level to get that information? Who would we contact who can help us get Admin access to close out any stuck meetings?
