Signature Cards - Uploading online

Are we able to submit our updated signature cards online or do we still need to mail them to the address on the form? I see the button "update card" but then I don't see the option to upload even though in the instructions it says you can upload it online.

From other posts, I believe you have to print or download the card before the option to upload it appears.

But after you do that, you should upload it electronically. You do not need to mail it to headquarters.

The part that catches some off guard is that once the card is printed the browser window may have been closed before all the signatures are obtained. In this case just go back and click the print button again but then cancel the print operation from the printer dialogue. The upload feature will now then be available.

I have not run into the situation in which all signatures were obtained with the browser window still open because it took a day or two to get all signatures. If you are fortunate enough to get all the needed signatures in a few minutes then there will be no problem with finding the upload button.
