I am unable to download the video from LDS Media "Mountains to Climb" from President Eyring. I have tried it on multiple computers. All other videos have downloaded just fine. Thank You for your assistance.

Just to make sure expectations are set realistically, please keep in mind that this is a user-to-user discussion forum. Nobody who can help in an official manner is likely to see this thread. For official help/support, please use the feedback button or link. I'd suggest clearing browser cache and deleting relevant cookies and trying again, because those are usually the first things you'll be instructed to try.
