How can I have my ex-wife’s name removed from the ward directory in the tools app. She obviously isn’t a member of my household. Additionally, she isn’t even a member of the church. I’ve asked my ward clerk several times if he could do this, but he doesn’t know how and has just given up at this point. How can I get this corrected?

The ward clerk needs to contact support. He can't do it on his own, but support can.

If your divorce is final then your clerk needs to record that fact.
