Contacting Church Music Department

Post by vicariehle »

I have found a number of typos in the Ukrainian hymnbook - I'm a missionary called Ukrainian speaking and I have been working on some projects with the Ukrainian hymnbook. Does anyone know how I can contact the church music department to let them know about these typos?

The only reason I ask is because I have noticed a few typos in the paper hymnbook (published 2002) that are not present in the online hymnbook, which implies that some time in the last 19 years, someone fixed a few typos.

Thanks!

Your ward clerk should be able to get you a name and contact information for the Music Department. That person should be able to help you contact the person who would be most interested in your information.

Does the person you are working with now have contact information?

It would actually be the music publishing and/or translation team in the Publishing Services Department you'd want to get in contact with. If you send a feedback message on the Church website or through the Sacred Music app, it will be routed to the correct place.

If you're working on a project that the area office is involved in, the area office could also help get the feedback to the right place. If it's a personal project, then sending a feedback message is the way to go.
