"Contact Us" in Help submenu of LCR redirecting to ServiceNow logout.

I'm a clerk in need of assistance from church office/global support in order to fix certain member records as well as figure out tithing deposit issues. I went into Help tab and then "Contact Us" and then am taken through a number of URL redirections until finally ending up in a "logged out" screen. Being automatically redirected to log out does not allow me to "contact you" whether that's creating a ticket or request. I'm immediately booted out/logged out when trying to access the "Contact Us" site.

Also, since "Contact Us" is not working, at least for me, this forum post seems to be the only way to get into contact with support about this issue.

You can contact your stake clerk and ask him to give you the telephone number. Once you have that you can add the issue you're having with the webpage to your other issues.

I can't help with the redirect issues, but you should be able to call the Global Service Department on the phone. We're not allowed to post the phone number here, but your stake clerk (or anyone else with a clerk or leadership calling) should be able to give it to you.

Oh, and if you haven't already tried clearing browser cache and deleting cookies, that might be worth a try. There's a chance it might solve the redirect problem.

If that is really the case now, you might wish to suppress the phone number on the multiple posts in history on this forum which show the phone number. Many of these were posted by forum community moderators.
