Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I am trying to find the date I first recieved my endowment and then was sealed to my wife on the same day,
how can I find this exact info?

Ask your ward clerk for an IOS (Individual Ordinance Summary). It will have that info on it.

You can probably find it in the Member Tools app if you log in as yourself.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
