The page you are viewing is the Ministering Assignments Report page. Edits cannot be made on that page. To make changes go to LCR > Ministering and click either the Current Assignments or Proposed Assignments link.

I am the RS president of the Dawson Hollow ward. now that we are able to add Young Women in a companionship in the ministering program, How do I add them to the on-line reports. Also How can I change companionships, add or subtract a sister on the report.

From the new Ministering tab on LCR:
Ministering | Relief Society
On that page there is a tab to record interviews and a tab for assignments.
Click on the Assignments tab
Everywhere you see a circle with 3 dots inside it, clicking on it opens a list of things you can do (print, send a message, edit, etc)
If you click "edit," you can search for sisters to add to the companionship or sisters to be ministered to. YW will show up in the search list and you should be able to select them from the list.

Note the information in the blue box just above the first District.

How does one assign ministers?

Scroll down the page to see the ministering companionships and the assigned households. On the far right of the page for each ministering companionship is the action menu ellipsis (three horizontal dots). Click that to bring up the menu and select edit to edit either the companionship or the assigned households. To add a companionship, scroll down to the bottom of the ministering district and find the "+ Add companionship" hyperlink and click it.

I've been trying to add young women to our ministering groups and the young women are not showing up on the list. How do I add them?

I've been trying to add young women to our ministering groups and the young women are not showing up on the list. How do I add them?

Just to be sure, you're looking for YW ages 14+ (and turning 14 this year), correct?

If so, then they should show up by default (that still works for our unit, I just verified). So if I go to Proposed Assignments and click the "three dots" at the right of one of the companionships and choose "Edit", I get a new option to "Search Members". If I click in the box it shows all the available sisters, including appropriate YW (and I can also search inside the box and the name shows up).

Are you trying the same thing, but have YW that are not appearing like they do for me? Just want to be sure we understand your exact process so we don't assume something incorrect.

Just to be clear, you can assign youth to be ministers, but you can't assign ministers to youth.
