Situation: YM or YW president asks finance clerk to print on the spot a report showing a list of every DONOR who has paid for camp so far, into the Other:Subcategory account (i.e. High Adventure, Girls Camp, etc.). I know it's possible to print a report from Overview->Income and Expense Details->Select Category: Authorized Member Financed Activities ->Subcategory Girls Camp, etc, but this just shows each BATCH number that had a payment to that subcategory, and I want to see a list of DONORS without having to go into each batch, fish them out, and put together into a report in excel (and usually the YM/YW president doesn't have time to wait for that)
Is it possible in LCR to produce a list of DONORS to a specific Other subcategory account for a specific period?
If not, I would suggest the tech guys at headquarters add a drop down menu or check box that allows the clerk to display the report on a DONOR basis rather than a BATCH basis.
Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched the threads and could only find answers of how to do this in MLS, which I remember doing many times.
